How To Set Up Affiliate Links on Youtube
Hey guys, in this post Im going to show you how to make and create Affiliate links attached onto your Youtube Channel. I've made a post a few days ago about setting up affiliate links onto your website, read it if you havn't it read it yet.
So here's how you create affiliate links onto your Youtube Channel.
1. Go into your Amazon Associates and login
2. Hover over Product Linking and click 'Link to any page'.
3. Once there, choose your Product category i.e 'Product Line'.
4. Below that is the Sub-category, I'd strongly recommend leaving it on 'General Best Sellers'.
5. Then Name Your Link. In this area, name your Category. It's very important to name it, i.e Consumer Electronics or whichever category you've chosen.
6. Click 'Get HTML'.
7. Next to Preview to the right, Click on the name of the category you created. i.e Consumer Electronics. It's highlighted in blue.
8. When you click on it, it will take you to the Amazon website Category section you chose. You can clearly see on the url section at the top, your Amazon associates ID is attached in that Amazon url.
9. Copy the Whole Amazon URL Address.
10. Go to your Youtube Channel, and go the about section.
11. Click Customize Channel on your Youtube Channel.
12. Click on Basic Info
13. Scroll down to 'Links'
14. Name your website/Website category. I.e Consumer Electronics in the field box.
15. Next to it, Paste the Amazon URL Address
16. Your only allowed 5 links on Youtube, so fill in 5 Amazon Categories.
17. Your Done
And that's how you create Amazon Affiliate Links on Youtube.
